Raul Baldivia

Mr. Baldivia is a seasoned international attorney in the fields of foreign investment, natural resources, and international dispute resolution, with a focus on mining and energy law. He has represented clients for over two decades in his native Bolivia and also throughout the Americas. He has participated in numerous strategic projects involving regulatory, commercial, and business matters. In addition, he has played key roles in the negotiation of international agreements facilitating foreign investment, and has served as in-house counsel, external advisor of counsel and international consultant in numerous multimillion-dollar projects.

 

Viktoria Simone FritzViktoria is an Austrian citizen, based in Graz, and is expected to graduate from the University of Graz Law School in 2021. At law school she focused on the law of international affairs and arbitration law as well as on matters connected to it, including energy law and M&A. Viktoria completed all of those lectures with excellent grades, some of them top of the class and was among the High Potential students of University of Graz for consecutive years. Her thesis (written in English), is titled “Consumer Protection under Austrian Arbitration Law and the Law of the European Union – A Comparison with United States Consumer Arbitration Law.” She co-authored the article “Impact of Roman Arbitration on the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration and its Reception in Austria,” published at TDM in May 2021 and soon to be published in German.  She obtained a certificate in international investment and commercial arbitration from the University Roma Tre, Italy, in 2019.
